An excellent wine elaborated with Pedro Ximénez grapes harvested in mid-August and laid under the sun for 7 to 9 days. After the press, it was left to rest for 12 months and, when the period came to an end, it was stored in American oak butts to age statically for 28 years. Sweet, balanced and a pleasant memory of caramel.
